Yes we did cancel his order.
He placed his first order then contacted us that he forgot to purchase the grills.
We sent the invoice and notice that there was a new grill design with a photo of it at the same time.
Again, he hastily made the purchase without looking at the pictures.
We pulled his order, repacked and put the grills in it.
Shortly after, he emailed us, that he didn't look at the picture before making the purchase and he doesn't like the style so now he didn't want it.
Now we had to pull his package AGAIN. Open, and remove the grills and refund. Our refund policy is clearly stated at 15%. On a purchase of $15 that was only $2.25. We lost a heck of a lot more than $2.25 in time and labor unpacking, repacking, unpacking, repacking, time in invoicing, then time crediting back and then we don't get refunded on credit card fees!
This clearly didn't sit well with Sean. His refund took a few days to get to his card but when he did see the $12.75 refund he sent us a letter saying we were 'jamming him for $2' and he wanted his full refund.
Well at this point I'm tired of wasting tons of time playing games back and forth so I canceled his order.
Now he's complaining that we didn't refund him, but refunds take a few days to go through. It would be stupid to not refund him since all he would do is file a chargeback if we didn't. He knows this but it's just something else to complain about.
