Refund policy

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Any damage or errors with your order must be reported in the first 7 days of receiving the box. No returns accepted after 30 days from date of delivery. Pictures of shipping damage must be emailed to sales@foxacoustics.com for damage claims. Please allow 1-2 weeks for damage claims to be processed. Shipping charges and expedited construction fees are not refundable. All requests for returns about fitment of the subwoofer box have to included a picture of the subwoofer box placed in the vehicle.

Fox Acoustics reserves the right to not authorize return if product is not defective. Any defective product will be replaced with a non-defective product. Customized orders are not returnable/cancelable. (Example: Square cutouts) If you think your order may be custom, call us to check. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed. All returns of non-defective products will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. If you refuse delivery, you will also be charged the shipping to have it returned. All orders cancelled are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancel order requests must in writing. No cancel order requests will be accepted over the phone.

Merchandise must be in "as new" condition. This includes no screw holes in boxes from mounting subwoofers. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. terminal cups, brackets, grills, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Shipping is non-refundable.

Do not tape or write anything on the item or original packaging, so Item can be restocked. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. We highly recommend insuring all return shipments as we can't refund for damaged goods even if it happened during shipping. We recommend packaging the items as they were received. Any refused shipments sent back to Fox Acoustics does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with Fox Acoustics for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 25% restocking fee on all products returned. If the item is a free ship item the actual cost to ship the item will be deducted from the refund.
