SUB ENCLOSURE with BPS-8 speakers.
This package is a tail gaiters dream come true. It features 2-12's in a floating downfire configuration that provides excellent bass even with the roof off. It also has you covered for mids and highs to the rear of your jeep with 2 Sundown BPS 8" coax speakers. These speakers aren't you standard speakers with a wimpy tweeter in the center. These Sundown speakers feature a pro audio compression driver on the back and a horn lens that fires through the center of the speaker. This configuration excels at providing loud and clear sound at long distances.
This sub box is designed to work with the following models.
JKU: With and without factory sub.
JLU: With and without factory sub.
It even works with the newer 2024 JLU interiors.
The sub boxes are spray coated in black truck bed liner.
This sub box has a steel mounting bracket on each side that is secured to the jeep with the roof mounting bolts. It sits against the back seat and spans all the way across the Jeep leaving about 9 inches of space under the box.
With this sub box you are still able to carry your roof panels in the rear.
